Our Principles
  1. Discovery that results in change is a learning process, not a one-time experience.
  2. Authenticity is key to leadership.
  3. One cannot lead others where they are not willing to go - leaders must want to be role models.
  4. Leadership is best learned through experience, self-discovery, self-study, practice and reflection, feedback, and coaching.
  5. If you expect great things from others and provide an environment for them to succeed, they will.
  6. When people are willingly following, you are leading.
  7. Teamwork results when alignment is purposeful, expectations are clear, relationships are built, communication is open, trust is the goal, and accountability is shared.
  8. Organizational transformation occurs when the majority of the people buy-in to the importance of relating, thinking, and working together in proactive and effective ways.
