" A performance measurement system enables informed decisions to be made and actions to be taken because it quantifies the efficiency and effectiveness of past actions through the acquisition, collation, sorting, analysis, and interpretation of appropriate data."

Measuring What Matters

Leaders who develop in to effective sustainable leaders continuously gather data, striving to learn more about themselves and their organizations so they can increase their capacity to lead. They start by building their own skills and understandings, internalizing their learnings, and then they encourage others and transfer their learnings to those who also understand the value of increasing self awareness through data. It is a dynamic process in which they grow their own and others capacity to lead and innovate change.

We have developed our own, and also utilize well researched assessments and instruments to help you, and those with whom you work, learn more about:

  • leadership style
  • impact versus intent
  • areas of strengths
  • opportunities for development
  • customer perceptions
  • key business indicators
  • performance metrics that matter

Measuring What Matters

We have learned, through experience, that it is vitally important to balance the needs of staff, customers, and the fiscal requirements. That said, our analyses always involve what we call, "measuring what matters." We look at key business metrics such as:

  • quality of work life
  • stakeholder satisfaction
  • cash flow
  • attendance
  • turnover
  • training costs
  • risk assessment
  • program costs and effectiveness
  • projects indicators - on time, on budget, with quality
  • business specific indicators for your business

If you aren't tracking these now, that's okay. We can help you develop baselines and soon you too, will have key indicators at your fingertips to help you make wise business decisions. Please contact us to learn more!
