Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
Is a self-validating personal preference indicator that identifies your predominant personality type. It helps you understand how you and others get energy, perceive information, make decisions, and act on life - in a spontaneous and flexible manner or in an orderly, planned manner. The value of the theory underlying the MBTI is that it enables people to recognize each of us is different. It helps us understand ourselves, and why we do what we do and why others do what they do, better because it is preference based as opposed to skill or competency based.
Leadership Skills Assessment
Use our 360-degree feedback assessment or customize a 360-degree feedback instrument. The assessment is skillfully developed and reported and provides meaningful data to hold members accountable to the standards you expect.
Emotional Competency Indicator (ECI)

Change Readiness Indicator
Measures how ready your team, organization, or company is for change. It is a quick to use and diagnose tool that helps you understand the challenges you might face in leading a new change.
Courage Indicator
Measures factors that indicate the level of your team's, organization's, or company's courage. Questions it will answer are: How good are you now? What do you measure to know? To what degree do you practice candor - speak freely, share ideas, insight, feeling, and needs - and address conflicts? How well are your roles and responsibilities linked to your organization's and team's purpose? How "can-do" are your teams? Said another way, how much will do they possess to make the team or organization the best it can be? How do we deal with set-backs and conflict? What's are rigor - how well do we respect methods for keeping on track, norms, values? What's are willingness to risk - are we collaborative or competent? What's your me/we/us ratio? The inspiration for this instrument was from a book titled The Courage to Act . . . 5 Factors of Courage by Rod Napier.
