High Impact Facilitation
High Impact Facilitation: 4-day comprehensive facilitation skills training for individuals who desire to learn group facilitation skills. The skills learned in this session will lead to an excellent return-on-investment through individual growth and professional development as well as organizational success. The skills offered will help individuals be more effective team leaders whether they are executives, managers, or team leaders. The learning is experiential - both on an "outdoor challenge ropes course" and in the workshop classroom. Participants will:
- learn how to create safety and trust in a teams and groups
- learn how to design and lead/facilitate/chair meetings, events, and retreats
- discover the power they have within themselves to step out of their comfort zone to lead others in ways they may not have done before
- learn about their own and others' personality and learning styles
- discover ways to vary their facilitation style
- learn how to create a learning environment
- learn "facilitator connectedness" and how authentically connecting to people increases others ability to learn and the leaders'/facilitator's ability to lead
- and lastly, participants will be given the opportunity to practice, practice, practice what they learn.
