Discovering Your Leadership Potential for Non-Supervisors is our 5-day leadership program for the individuals in your organization who are responsible for getting the front-line work done. This program is similar to Part I for executives, their staff, and managers. Participants interactively learn, experience, and receive tools, to help them understand what drives individuals and teams to interact as they do. We then create an environment to help people further discover the leader within themselves and that they have the potential to be. The focus of program is on participants being genuine and accountable to themselves, others, their team(s), and the organization.
