Leading with Impact: The Ripple Effect Programs
At HCG we value interactive experiential learning and tailor our facilitation to meet a variety of learning styles. We believe a mixed learning style environment creates the greatest opportunity for participants to learn. We offer executives, their teams, administrators, and managers a three-session program titled Leading with Impact: The Ripple Effect™.
Discovering Yourself as a Leader, Session 1: Our 5-day leadership program for executives, administrators, supervisors, and managers. The program begins with participants interactively experiencing, and receiving tools, to help them understand what drives individuals and groups to behave as they do. We then create an environment to help them further discover the leader within themselves and that they have the potential to be. The focus of this program is self-mastery as people discover the leader within themselves.
Team Mastery, Session II: Our 3-day program for executives, supervisors, and managers that focuses on discovering the power of teams. Participants interactively learn how to build teams from the ground up. They learn and experience processes and receive tools to help them build their own teams.
Using Change Management to Develop Organizational Mastery, Session III: A 3-day leadership program for executives, their teams, administrators, supervisors, and managers that ties together everything that participants learn in Part I and Part II and builds on the learnings. The goal is to help participants begin to develop their own organizations' futures so that they, and the individuals with whom they work, can strive for enduring, sustainable leadership that will increase efficiency as well as productivity.
